Digital Marketing Account Manager

OneCore Media, an award winning, Toronto based marketing consultancy and digital agency, is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their marketing. You will lead all of the day-to-day operational and communication needs for a substantial number of existing accounts across a wide array of different verticals. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, along with taking the lead for our clients on big-picture, strategic thinking and holistic channel planning.

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for marketing management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Work with our team to set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific growth and revenue goals
  • Present strategies, recommendations and performance updates to clients on a frequent basis
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Present SEO, media buying, PR and social media strategies to clients
  • Monitor the health of digital media campaigns and collaborate with the Media Team
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns success
  • Actively maintain accurate detailed records within company CRM
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Understand and Stay up-to-date with the clients business needs and developments
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a digital agency preferred
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience overseeing and discussing Google Adwords campaigns, Programmatic Media Buys, Social Media Buys, and SEO programs
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing & advertising
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to think and react quickly and strategically
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, creative and resourceful
  • Strong analytical skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
