OneCore Media, an award winning, Toronto based marketing consultancy and digital agency, is looking for an experienced sales account executive to join our team. As an individual contributor, this role will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our services, and guiding them through our prescribed process. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Make the required number of daily touchpoints through phone and email, social, local business events and other outreach
Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients
Create discovery calls and provide demos of our offering to prospective and existing clients
Source and work customer referrals
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
Upsell / Cross-sell clients with additional opportunity
Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate solution options
Promote specific products as directed by the Leadership Team
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Help with the handoff process from sales to account management
Attending reporting calls with account management team to identify upsell opportunities
Ongoing communication with the production and account management teams on campaign performance and growth opportunities
Keep an organized CRM file with thorough pre and post sales notes
Desire to continuously improve and grow (by way of experience and manager feedback)
Stay current on new martech and adtech trends and offerings
Attend marketing events & conferences
Meet the required monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
Requirements
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Proven work experience in sales, preferably marketing, advertising or media
Demonstrated history of success in sales, hitting or exceeding sales goals
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing & advertising
Tech savvy
Excellent knowledge of prospecting tools and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Proactive, solutions-oriented and resourceful
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

BS/BA degree or equivalent
